All scientists in Russian State University for the Humanities, whose academic interests relate to cognitive science, make their contribution to the Centre for Cognitive Programs and Technologies.

The Centre’s Council is represented by the most eminent professors studying cognitive science in Russian State University for the Humanities. The Council is approved by the rector’s order and its members are:
