1) it is necessary to prepare a general publication on the topic "manipulation: state of the art" (what is manipulation from our point of view, what types of manipulation are most significant for us);
2) it is necessary to establish closer interaction between researchers of manipulation in the Russian and English languages;
3) by the end of the project, it is required to form a list of cognitive manipulation models (frames, linguistic patterns).
One of the next meetings is planned to be a seminar, wh ere A.A. Kotov will give a talk about the role of scripts in the database of news texts of Telegram media channels.
The first meeting of the participants of the project on manipulations
On March 30, the first meeting in 2023 of the participants of the project "Cognitive Models of Identification and Counteracting Manipulation in the Media Space", supported by the Russian Science Foundation grant No. 22-18-00594, was held. The project manager V.I. Zabotkina discussed the feedback fr om RSF reviewers based on the results of work in 2022.
